EXHIBITION REQUIREMENTS
All artworks must be submitted in a state that is completed, dry, and ready for installing.

Due to the hanging system in the gallery, all 2D artworks will be hung from two points in the corners of the artworks. This means they must have secure D-ring hanging devices attached. Two D-rings are required; one to be affixed on either side of the frame, approximately 5 cm from the top of the artwork, or in proportion to the artwork. The D-rings should be able to bear the weight of the artwork. Photograph clip frames, a horizontal cord, or strand of wire are not acceptable. Due to the nature of our hanging system and for safety reasons, artworks without conforming hanging mechanisms will be excluded from the exhibition.
Plinths of various sizes are used for sculpture and the way that they are displayed is at the discretion of the gallery.
Artists entering into the Sculpture and 3D category should ensure that a label is affixed securely to the work by tying or some other means.
Please contact us if you wish to provide your own plinth or if you have unusual display requirements.
