Whether you're planning a sundowner, networking event, concert, wedding, private celebration, or creative workshop, Ellenbrook Arts HQ offers a unique, character-filled venue in the heart of Ellenbrook.

 

Event Venue Hire

 

Perfect for social gatherings, concerts, or community events.

 

What’s Included:

  • Capacity for up to 50 guests

  • Tables and chairs provided

  • Accessible amenities (Men’s, Women’s & Accessible toilets)

  • Tea and coffee facilities

  • Support with promotional material

  • Humanitix ticketing platform (ticket sales go directly to you)

  • After-hours availability by arrangement

 

What’s Required:

  • Completed booking form

  • Hire fee (includes set up & pack down):

    • $200 for 2 hours

    • $350 for 3 hours

    • $500 for 4 hours

  • $250 refundable bond

  • Certificate of currency for public liability insurance

  • Signed Hire Agreement

 

Suggested Booking Times:
Wednesdays & Thursdays (afternoon)
Fridays (morning)
Saturdays & Sundays (10am–2pm)
After-hours bookings by mutual agreement

 

Workshop Venue Hire

 

Ideal for small classes, creative sessions, and community workshops.

 

What’s Included:

  • Comfortable space for up to 10 participants (recommended)

  • Tables and chairs provided

  • Accessible amenities (Men’s, Women’s & Accessible toilets)

  • Tea and coffee facilities

  • Support with promotional material

  • Humanitix ticketing platform (ticket sales go directly to you)

  • Flexible scheduling to suit your session

 

What’s Required:

  • Completed booking form

  • Hire fee: $75 for 2 hours (includes setup/pack down)

  • $250 refundable bond

  • Certificate of currency for public liability insurance

  • Signed Hire Agreement

Wednesdays & Thursdays (afternoon)
Fridays (morning)
Saturdays & Sundays (10am–2pm)
After-hours bookings by mutual agreement
