Whether it’s a sundowner, community meet-up, creative workshop, private celebration, or pop-up event, the Grapevine Community Art Space offers a flexible and character-rich setting.

 

What’s Included:

• Space suited for up to 50 participants

• Tables and chairs provided

• Accessible bathroom facilities

• Kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle & refrigerator

• Event promotion support

• Flexible scheduling options

 

What's Required:

• Completed booking form

• Hourly fee + $250 refundable bond:

  • Community Groups - $25 per hour

  • Private Hire - $35 per hour

  • Commercial Hire - $45 per hour

• Certificate of currency for public liability insurance

• Signed Hire Agreement
