About the annual ECF Member's Exhibition, 2024
All members of Ellenbrook Arts are invited to participate in the Annual Members Exhibition, to be held from 6 December, 2024 - 10 January, 2025.
The ECF Member's Exhibition is a friendly, non-competitive, non-acquisitive exhibition held annually since 2006, solely for members of the Ellenbrook Cultural Foundation. The aim of the exhibition is showcase a selection of new work made by members each year, and to get together for a celebratory gathering at the end of the year.

This exhibition has always been held in December and is part of the Elfenbrook Christmas Pageant, and is free to enter.
​
There are couple of small changes to the format this year, the main one being that it will be held at the same time as the Ellenbrook Art Award, and the other is that the gallery will add a 30% commission to sales.
​
Members are encouraged to enter either or both of these exhibitions , which will be running in parallel, and should read the T&Cs of each carefully, as they have different formats, fees, T&Cs and objectives.
​
The Art Award is usually held in September / October and has been moved this year to accommodate participation in the IOTA24 craft festival and the EFWA eco-fashion festival. Next year's Art Award is likely to be held in October, 2025.

Creative Brief
​
This year the creative brief is open.
Artists are invited to submit one new work that was created or completed in 2024, and has not been exhibited in Ellenbrook previously.
Artworks may be put up for sale, or simply for display.
30% commission will be charged on sales.

Dimensions and options for display
​
2D artworks should not be larger than 1m wide x 1m high and should be fitted with D-hooks that are compatible with our hanging system.
​
3D artworks should not occupy a space larger than 1m x 1m x 1m cubed, and be provided with a plinth or an adequate display mechanism.
A number of plinths are available on request and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
